They think the First Amendment only applies to them. They forget that they have freedom because you have freedom. Freedom of speech, press, assembly, and religion apply to everybody. Nobody's making them listen to your music. Why impose their beliefs on everyone else?

I have no idea, but I don't agree with it.
I also don't agree with protesting those shows. Personally, I think loud protesting does more harm than good.
And I think it's funny that people thought KISS was Satanic. They are not.
It's also funny that some people say Marilyn Manson is Satanic. I don't think he is. I think he's just an atheist. The whole "Satanic" thing was a publicity stunt, nothing more nothing less.

Are you sure the Mayor banned you for religious reasons? Perhaps your music violates a city noise ordinance or some other law. Where is it that you are trying to play out? Perhaps the venue has its own regulations. Or perhaps your band is banned because you are just not very good and you are using your own anti-Christian prejudice as an excuse. Hmmmmmm?

Christianity loves to put itself under the delusion that it rules the roost. People who abuse their position of power ought to have their backsides kicked and brought back into line. Doesn't matter whatever country it goes on in.

How many millionaire Christian band members do you see running around out there?
With all the music in this country and the money it makes for countless popular musicians. I think we know what speech is deemed popular.
