YES. GOD IS EVERYWHERE. LISTEN TO THIS PASSAGE DAVID WROTE IN THE PSALMS:
Psalm 139:
7 Where can I go from Your Spirit?
Or where can I flee from Your presence?
8 If I ascend into heaven, You are there;
If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there.

confident. Insofar as Divine omnipresence implies get right of entry to and includes, or interrelates to, the different Divine attributes of infinitude, omnipotence (administration), and omniscience (expertise), God is present even in hell. No door everywhere is closed to God. No room is locked. No nook of the universe or certainty is off-limits to Deity. The Bible affirms this certainty in texts like Psalm 139:7-10, Colossians a million:17, Amos 9:a million-4, Isaiah sixty six:a million-2, Jeremiah 23:23-24. God, although, isn't relationally present with, or accessible to, those in hell. it quite is, he's not present to bless, manage, or furnish even uncomplicated grace and easy-weight in hell, and is the reason the terrifying sense of Matthew 25:40-one, the exterior extrapolation of a non secular separation that occurs even now whilst sin is present (Isaiah fifty 9:2, Matthew 27:40 six).

Adara, you are incorrect about hell. The opposite of what you say is true.
But that is an interesting question and I honestly don't know how to answer that. My first instinct would be to answer no but then that would seem to contradict the fact that God is omnipresent. I'll have to do some more biblical research on that.
Can someone tell me where in the Holy Bible it is written that God is everywhere?

God is Spirit. He is in and among all the highways and byways of His creation. There is no part of His creation that has it’s own totally independent existence, for “by the word of His power He upholds all things.” Hebrews 1:3. Therefore, John, in the Apocalypse, draws us to see the final relationship of the infinite God to those who are marked as servants of the evil one:
Rev 14:9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name. Revelation 14:9-11.
Jesus is the Lamb, and Jesus is God, therefore the wicked do suffer “for ever and ever” in the presence of the Almighty.

A few ideas:
1. In Job, Satan hangs out in heaven for little while. So if Satan can be in heaven, surely God can be in Hell.
2. God's *Kingdom* is everywhere, but God isn't.
3. God is *everywhere* by being *everything*. So God is *in* Hell because he *is* hell.

"Hell" is not the permanent place of torture taught by many religions.
In the Bible it is termed " Hades" [ Greek language]
And it is to be done away with.
(Revelation 20:14) And death and Ha′des were hurled into the lake of fire. This means the second death, the lake of fire.
Anything burned in fire is destroyed.
So death and "Hades" are to be destroyed.
no death = no graves.
so Hell/Hades is simply man's grave.
Almighty God cannot experience death, so He cannot be in any grave.
And the teaching that Jesus is God is also wrong.
He is God's Son.
(John 5:19) Therefore, in answer, Jesus went on to say to them: “Most truly I say to YOU, The Son cannot do a single thing of his own initiative, but only what he beholds the Father doing. For whatever things that One does, these things the Son also does in like manner.

Hell is not a place just like heaven. Hell is simply separation from God. So yes, God is also in hell based on that definition.

God is all powerful entity and God has created 'man'. It is 'man' who creates 'Heaven' or 'Hell' for his own self through good or bad deeds. There is no 'separate' place called 'Hell' it exists here on the earth and every one is subject to it by their sinful deeds. In my opinion the end of our life time is our judgement day for that particular life time and then we are placed in 'heaven' or 'hell' according to our deeds. God is the judge who decides where to put a particular person.

Yes "If I fly to the Netherworld ,you are there"
God is infinite and there is no hiding from His presence in Eternity.
The worst torment of those fleeing God in Eternity is the inability to avoid Him and His Justice and Rightness.

Hell was created for the ungodly... this is where God would send those who follow corrupt desire of sinful nature.
satan who was sent to hell was a former angel who wanted to be greater than God.
