My students and the other children at school ALWAYS make things better with all of their smiles and hugs. It's impossible NOT to have a good day when you teach. Kids are cool.
Adults can learn a lot from children of any age.
They do not judge. They do not hold grudges. They forgive instantly.
Have a great week as well!

Well honey, I will always smile though as that does work out well with me. In the end, when one has friends to share all the woes, one will feel better and the day may even be brighter than before though.
Cheers and have a nice week ahead :)

Hmm...what usually works for me:
1. Listen to a song that really gets me in a good mood. Or, if I have no access to it, I try to get it in my head.
2. Picture kissing my husband. That almost always works. (Of course, if someone ELSE starts picturing kissing my husband, we've got problems!)
3. Just think to myself, "What's one bad day? There are millions out there who are having worse days than I am. I'll live."
4. And last, I try to put it in perspective: "In a hundred years, a bad day won't matter for me."
I hope you have a good day and a wonderful week!

Re-connect with nature. Go for a long walk, run or go roller blading through one of the many park trails I have around my area. Somehow, just being around the trees, the river, the squirrels and the birds, make my day better.
I'm really thinking about leaving the city.

Hi Moon,
Give a friend whose company you always enjoy a call and arrange to meet up with her soon. This will give you something to look forward to. Once you manage to put the things that went wrong at the start of the day out of your head and shake yourself out of a negative mind-set, it'll hopefully get better and better.
Hope you have a great week,
Pollyanna

LOL@Jello Shots, well minus that, just tough it out and try to make the best of the rest of the day and the following and so on. All you really can do is take it one day at a time.
Just because someone **** in your cereal doesn't mean you can enjoy the rest of the day.

I never let bad in my day get me down for longer than it takes to vent to someone about it. I've learned along the way that if you let things get to you, you're only hurting yourself. It gets you upset, stresses you out which is bad for your health, gets you out of the spirit for us Christians and doesn't make you able to be a blessing to others. All that is enough incentive for me to let the bad in my do go. And usually, those days that start out bad end up to be the best days in the end.

Enjoy a cup of coffee - the Colombian beans (only because I don't know Brazilian beans yet) - with a block of chocolate.. or a huge piece of chocolate cake.. or.. carrot cake with lemon cream cheese icing.. or banana bread.. or just be naughty... :-))
Have a good day Moon :)

It's usually just my luck to have the rest of the day go down hill when it starts downhill.
Thumbs up to Jello shots! :) Yummm

Moon, my friends do it for me every time! There is one in particular who can make me smile and be happier all day. I check my emails first and I am set to go. : )
