Alot of ppl would say what they need to hear and that should be the correct answer but alot of ppl including myself rather hear what they want to hear especially in the heat of the situation

Depends. Most people are aware of their bad attitudes and behaviors. I would want someone to tell me if I am annoying them or otherwise getting on their nerves, but I would not want someone to point out to me all my faults and shortcomings. Same goes for sins. People are already aware of their sins and don't need Christians to point them out.
Telling people 'what they need to hear' is for children.

I need to hear a reasonable, logical, and consistent explanation of how they arrived at what they want to tell me. It's also what I want to hear. So your false dichotomy seems to fail in some cases.

relies upon on the way human beings be conscious issues. i had those 3 fool b i t c h e s answer a query of mine a whilst back. they did no longer even difficulty to verify the question. sorry losers have been in all threat in simple terms 500 lbs, with a depraved case of zits and desperate to pop off i assume. so there is C. i could particularly you be trustworthy and tactful.

Please, tell me what I need to hear in a way that respects who and what I am. You'll also need to know something about how I think so you'll know how to attract my thinking. Appeal to both my mind and to my heart, but don't insult either one.
