The correct English for the "sabes desde que tengo novia . . ." sentence is "you know that since I'VE HAD a girlfriend . . ." - Spanish uses the present in such constructions while English uses the past.

( pus =pues, misspelled, nuca= back of the head, i guess it's misspelled too, the word is nunca=never, in this sentence means ever)
