Here's the thing, I'm 21. And I go to this church & I'm a choir director of a small group. So this guy is in my group & for the last few months I've noticed he acts differently around me. I know that his family and mine hang out & stuff and that's one of the reasons why he might seem more comfortable with me but there have been times I've caught his staring at me from the podium(he plays an instrument during service) & in other places, & he's also done other things like him sharing his iPod with me or letting me borrow (I never ask for it) his iPod (he's kinda over protective of his iPod), he waved goodbye to me with an odd smile & look in his eye one time, when our families go out he usually asks if I'm coming along & if i say i dont know he usually tells me i should go, when he gets to use my camera he sometimes takes pics of me when I don't look and etc. Thing is, I have not led him on in any way, i don't have an interest in him but I just find it kinda odd. What are your opinions?

By the way, he's nice and pretty respectful and I think he's had a few girlfriends before. He's also a little stuck up about his looks.

Yes, I am a 24 yr old male. And once a guy hits puberty and takes a interest in the ladies, age does not matter. I remember being 12 and my Jenny McCarth calander....or perhaps I've said too much. But from what you have said, I'd almost bet my life on the fact that he probably has a huge crush on you. He will eventually out grow it once he gets a gf in a couple of years, until then he should be harmless, just maybe set some boundries without hurting his feelings. Ahhh....if women knew how horny as young male really is.

Yes he's into you, you said you don't want relationship with him, that's good. You may wanna try to drive him off by letting it slip you have a boyfriend, even if it's lie. I do not condone lying but really it will send a clear message, if he is doubtful or doesn't let it go at that say its online guy. Most of the time it's the best way to get a guy to back off.

Don't get tensed! N don't think u have a gay guy in your group! This lad is only 14. At 14 we all want to find someone whom we want to be like!Entering into the adolescence era, we all want an "idol". Maybe this lad sees you as his "idol". Maybe if you talk to him as a big bro, you'll be able to know him more and do not try to avoid him, otherwise u'll get more embarassed and he will loose trust in you. The best thing to do i think is to have a friendly talk with him. Remember adolescents like to be given importance.
Good luck!

Hello? You're 21 and don't have sense enough to handle this as it should be; he's 14 and has a crush, treat it that way.

I think that this kid possibly has a crush on you. Just try to ignore him and that'll push him away a little. He'll eventually get uninterested and move on. No worries. :)

umm just ignore it and dont look into it to much b\c that can become a problem for you and if you act like you like the attention it can make the situation a hell of a lot worse!!!!

Yeah, he's into you. But that's normal. He's 14, and all 14 year olds are horny bastards. Just ignore it.
