Can anyone suggest any good outdoor places to have my May wedding in or near Waterford, MI?? Acceptable surrounding places would be: Clarkston, Grand Blanc, Davisburg, Lk Orion, Holly, Milford, Highland, Fenton...etc.
I want the ceromony at dusk out side and then the reception possibly out side with nice lighting and nice canopy tents....doesnt have to be at the same place but it would be a plus....and budget is a factor as well....

Contact local parks. Rental sites are often free you just need to apply for a permit for the space. You can set up chairs for your ceremony and a white runner and then a tent for the reception. Just rent tables, chairs, linens and get a caterer. Good luck!

If budget is a fact, then consider having it in Waterford so you don't have to travel around getting to somewhere else.
