He'd like the camera mostly for emailing photos to family and friends who live out of town. The camera really has to be very sturdy (there's a very good chance he'll drop it several times) and at or under $100 would be a plus. Thanks for any help!

there are Playskool ones out there. as for a REAL adult one, don't get him one. wait until he is more responsible. he can get a cheap 35mm disposable one, and send it through regular mail.

look for waterproof they are usauly shock proof too..
