I haven't seen any commercially available but I am sure that you could make some with polymer modeling clay. It is a plastic like stuff that people make beads and jewelry out of. You could perhaps mold the penis shape around a simple cabinet door handle set- yes it is available in many colors. I think the real question is why would someone want those *LOL* I can imagine auntie Bess opening the cabinet for a teacup- oh my!

quick search for erotic cabinet hardware didn't yeild anything.
Suggest that you purchase some polymer clay [oven bake] from an art supply; fashion what you desire and imbed either a machine screw or anchor stud [wood screw w/o a head] into the backside of the clay prior to firing.
If you desire metal, then use the above to fashion a "master", then have a jeweler or foundry cast from pewter, aluminum, brass, etc.
Leave a "hollow" in the backside so that you can insert/epoxy a small nut. Place a machine screw through the cabinet and affix.
This is the best answer I can offer.

I was the original owner of a big penis named Elmo. Before I donated Elmo to the penis museum, molds were taken and one company made plastic copies and sold them as gear shift knobs as well as big coat hooks. Another company sold big rubber dildos under the "Realistic" brand name. We once tried using Elmo while still alive, as a big door knob:

They do, but you have to squeeze some caulk around them to make them stick. Be careful of holding the handles for too long or you may get hair on your palms.
