purchase and take a multi-vitamin for women once a day. my daughter and I take the women's version and my husband and son take the men's version. the daughter is 18, the son is 20, would not recommend it for children tho. use Flintstones for the young ones. if you can't swallow a large vitamin...you can chew a couple of the flintstone ones. that was my Dr.'s recommendation when I had trouble swallowing large pills. there are liquid vitamins also that you could take. do a little research. good luck to you.

Generic Centrum. I asked my doctor that exact same question. Be sure ot save lots of $$ with the generic at any drug store. Make sure it says on the front "Compare to Centrum." :)
