my ears really hurt when its cold outside anyone else have this?

I experience this. My ears stick out a little bit from my head, and if it is at all chilly outside they will get cold and very painful. The pain lasts even after they warm up. The best way to prevent it is to wear something over the ears, like a hood, earmuffs, a beanie, or an earband, which is what I wear if I go hiking in the cold.

The physiological reason, is that your ear is mostly cartilage and has very little blood flow. Because there is so little blood flowing through, it takes a very long time to warm up, and there are no muscles you can "warm up" with exercise.

i get really ice cold ears in the winter, try and get a big cosy scarf or fluffy ear warmers!! Hehe!!
