In order to be street legal, vehicles must pass federal safety standards. Your pit bike will have a sticker on it stating it does not meet these standards. Therefore, it is only legal off road on private property

Many places do not allow pit bikes (minibikes) on roadways. Even if you live in a location that permits their use, you would still need a valid DL with a motorcycle endorsement if it's over 50cc. That would require you to be 16.

1) BUY A PIT BIKE.
2) OFF ROAD VEHICLE.
3) NO-GREAT CHANCE OF BEING PULLED OVER.
(HINT--IF YOU HAVE LIGHTS, TURN SIGNALS (ARMS) BRAKE LIGHTS THEN IT COULD BE CONSIDERED AS STREET LEGAL)

4) NO USUALLY 16 -18 YEARS OLD FOR DRIVERS LIC.

STREET LEGAL TIRES USUALLY NOT OFF ROAD, LIGHTS, BRAKES LIC PLATE HOLDER.
