What did you do? Or would you do? The guy could be campable of this so the police or no option. When the person said this to me he was on a lot of meth and was talking in "code". I am so confussed and pretty scared.
Ps. He has been kinda a family friend for about 10 years. I'm 21 he is 30. It's really complicated. Going to family is not an option. Basically they are all kida crazy. Most got invoved in th "small town drug abuse" It' bad!

Well, Jessica, a death threat from a meth head should not be taken lightly. Most of these losers are so paranoid that assaults and murder are almost commonplace. Stay away from the crazy family they will not help you, they will help him. Let the cops know about the threat. They may not be able to do much, but at least, when your body is found, they will have a suspect to look at.
If you can remove yourself from the situation, do so right away. Do whatever you can to stay away from the guy and his family.

yes people have told me that before. however, I am a cop and it was about my job. they get to go spend 2 years in the state pen for it. If I were you, I would report it to the police and tell as many people as possible. arm yourself and never be alone with the person or let them know you are home alone. cut off all ties wtih them. remove yourself from that situation.

YES DEATH THREAT TO DEPT ON MY HEAD, AFTER I ARRESTED A KNOWN MOB /SYNDICATE MAN.
I WAS TRANSFERRED TO THE JAIL FOR 1 YEAR TILL THE CASE WENT TO COURT AND WE WON.
IN YOUR CASE THIS IS A DEATH THREAT. THE PERSON ON METH OR NOT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT WAS SAID.
TELL POLICE AND FILE AN ORDER OF PROTECTION AGAINST THIS PERSON UNLESS YOU FEEL HE IS JUST MAKING IDLE THREATS??

Regardless of whether he meant it or not, what he did was illegal. What you should have done was gotten away from him and called the police.
And yes, you should be worried.
