Jews do not believe in the trinity or that Jesus was resurrected. They do not believe that Jesus is the messiah as Christians do. Judaism follows the Old Testament, Christians follow the New Testament.

Jesus came as their messiah but they did not recognize Him as such... therefore more non Jews got involved and took things a little off track because they needed their Jewish brothers to keep them straight...
