I don't know whats wrong with me. I've been really depressed - Can't get out of bed, constantly procrastinating, irritable. I used to be really levelheaded and chilled out. Most people think I still am. My life isn't any worse than anybody else's. I can't think of any events or background that could have caused this. It's been going on for about 10 years. It started with these weird mood swings - I guess I can describe it where suddenly I would feel that everything was stupid and pathetic and really empty. It has gotten worse in the past few years. I was so tired all the time I got a blood test - nothing. I have no patience anymore and get frustrated really easy. I am usually just really numb. I tried exercise, which helped for a little. I stopped smoking pot because I no longer get a good high. I'm really careful around harder drugs because I know I would do to myself. I think my personality has changed, and I have been making really bad decisions that are affecting school and work.

Suicide does not make sense to me ( never has), but i've done things that would have bothered me a few months ago. I'm male, in my early twenties. I have a decent job and go to school.

I've never taken any medication, nor do I want to. Even if no one responds, it feels good to get this off my chest, since i would never say this to anybody in person.

I wouldn't even know how to go about finding a psychiatrist. I would probably be uncomfortable.
Also, it probably isn't covered under health insurance.

sometimes things happen for no reason that you can see, i am seeing a psychologist and she said that anxiety and dreppesion is genetic, is anyone in your family like this too?, why dont you see someone and tell them how you are feeling, a lot of the time people think that they are the only ones that have the feelings they have until they realise that this affects so many people out there, i dont have deppresion but i do get anxiety now and then.

I hate to break this to you but it is not unusual for someone who has used pot on a habitual basis to go through changes. That is due to several things; it affects everything in your body from head to toe.
If you want to really get free from these symptoms, you may need to do a body detox to rid yourself of all the chemicals in your tissues and fat. You can research this on your own, see a naturopath too.
Eat very healthy, drink plenty of pure water, stay away from junk foods and drugs, exercise and begin a new life. So much of how we feel depends on what we have put into our bodies.
Take care, you only have one body.

Hey, it sounds like you may have a problem with depression or bipolar. I teach a class on mental disorders and how to live with them. First you need to see a psychiatrist's, don't shy away from this. Look up NAMI on the Internet. There is nothing wrong with being on meds for this, actually it is very important to do this. I lost my son last yr. to depression and ADHD. that is why i am teaching the class, so his death will help someone else. Exercise is great(even though i don't seem to do it myself)group therapy is great too. it helped me alot. If you are a female it could be a hormonal problem. But please find a good psych Dr. it took me 30 yrs to get the right help. I also lost my sister and father last yr. but please get help. e-mail me and let me know how you are. I will do everything i can to help

nicely, I propose you ask him for digital mail, Screennames, Myspace, facebook, and so on. and speak to quantity! That way you could stay in touch with this guy you have had the ideal cases with! you look like the guy who'd have a great danger with this guy! you could desire to kick back, do no longer computer virus him, call according to danger two times an afternoon, digital mail as quickly as an afternoon, IM basically a splash. you basically might desire to maintain the relationship on a stable point, and watch issues heavily. connect up, (i be attentive to gas is amazingly costly) talk talk talk! Then whilst he comes lower back you could nicely be in for the ideal marvel! do exactly no longer difficulty approximately it, relax, and take my advice ;) Missbunny6211 AKA Brittany

sounds like depression. especially if nothing bad has happened and your feeling this way. your brain may not produce enough seretonin. its not something you can control. using any type of drugs like pot or anything will make the problem worse. maybe you should consider an antidepressant. it wont make you high and isnt addictive ,it just helps your brain produce seretonin and helps you out of depression

If it has been going on for 10 years, you probably should speak to someone. Good Luck!
