well one thing about telling my parents is i just dont know how to tell them and have them take it seriously. usually when i tell them somethings wrong with me they go "theres always something wrong with you" because i used to get sick a lot. i think that they think im making everything up.

I don't want to alarm you as you're only 13 yrs of age. But like it or not, you definitely should inform your parents that you are not feeling well. You have to be immediately checked by an oncologist and hematologist before your symptoms exacerbate and become life threatening esp if you have bleeding tendencies. Bruising easily is a sign of bleeding.and coagulation and the total picture of blood disorder. Your Hemoglobin and hematocrit as well as platelets might be low. This would account for this bruising problem as well as the other symptoms of weakness and SOB.
The below are the two diseases that come to mind and their causes as well as accompanying symptoms:
Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL): -- also referred to as Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia: This disease begins in the bone marrow with lymphoblasts that have acquired DNA damage, which prevents them from maturing and functioning properly. These cells reproduce rapidly, displacing the normal blood cells developing in the bone marrow. Patients with ALL may experience anemia (the loss of oxygen-carrying red blood cells), infections (due to the loss of disease-fighting white blood cells), as well as bruising and bleeding (due to the loss of blood-clotting platelets). These damaged cells may also spread to other organs such as, the spleen, liver, and lymph nodes
Anemia: A decrease in red blood cells or hemoglobin, resulting in an inadequate distribution of oxygen to the body's tissues and organs. Symptoms may include: fatigue, shortness of breath, a fast pulse, dizziness, headaches, pale skin, and weight loss
Your hair loss might be due to Iron deficiency Anemia. Brusing and bleeding is due to loss of blood-clottting platelets(impt blood component)
Again, I couldn't stress enough the impt of informing your parents immediately. These health problems are too overwhelming for an adult and what more for an innocent teenager as yourself.
It's better to "cry wolf " than be sorry later on. I'm sure your parents will understand and appreciate your fears and trust in them. If you're hesitant to inform them, maybe you can approach the school nurse. ..

Go to the doctor, usually the first sign of leukemia is bleeding or bruising. I am not saying this is it, but if you are feeling sick as well, get checked! Do your gums bleed more than usual when you brush your teeth? Nosebleeds? Better safe than sorry. Tell your parents to take you to the doctor and they need to run a simple blood test to see what your blood counts are. Good Luck.

You need to confront your parents about the things you are experiencing. You NEED to see a doctor!!! I know your parents would be very upset if you did not go to them....It's always better to be safe then sorry!! If you still feel hesitant to speak with your parents for whatever reason, then speak to a school nurse, teacher, counslor or anyone else whom you might trust. Good Luck and Feel Better

Anemia (Iron Deficiency) can also cause bruising and hair loss. You need to go to the doctor for some lab tests and find out what's going on. So, tell your parents about it as soon as you can. Very important to see a doctor.

good you would appear at it your approach. But there may be a different rule too. 30-20= change of 10 forty two-30= change of 12 fifty six-forty two= change of 14 So every one is including two extra whenever than the earlier set. So this rule could make the earlier quantity a change of eight making the three=12. So technically there is not any correct reply. It would be both conception.
