I don't think so. But it can make you feel very flushed, a severe reaction to a medication or food might mess up your metabolic systems. I usually get sick after my allergies act up because the post nasal drip down my throat makes it raw and then I can pick up assorted virus and bacteria. These then can give my fevers and other symptoms.

I have a very bad allergy, I keep sneezing and then end up in wheezing and fever, the best way is to stay in a A/C Room, Do a lot of cardiovascular exercieses. Dont eat stomach full food and and keep your self as clean as possible, Keep washing you face.

yes..allergy can cause fever. it can be one symptom of an allergic reaction.

It really isn't supposed to; however, I ran a fever with poison ivy and with a bee sting.
