Full charge potential depends upon what type. Yellow Top used to be listed at 13.0 V, (which often quickly decreases to 12.9 V), and I now see Optima says 13.1 V. Red Top's run 12.8 V, (which often quickly decreases to 12.7). Optima also states 12.8 V for its Blue Top, but I have also been told by Optima tech help its BT's are identical internally to its YT, so go figure.

This is a good reason not to always believe the "% charge" given by some chargers. I know some people who have overcharged their batteries trying to get their batteries to 100% when they were in fact fully charged at the indicated 80%. I am guessing the charger measures only the potential.

there all 12 volt battery's ,the difference in them is the amount of amperage they will put out,but all of the have to be 12 volts to work with the cars systems, the only difference in any of these the amount of cold cranking amps they will have and the reserve capacity of amps they will have, good luck.
