Yes, It's good for all of the reasons above.
Commercial cranberry juice is sweetened with corn syrup, the same thing they put in Cokes. Corn syrup is not very good for humans.
Get some pure cran at the health food store, it's a little sour but when you mix it with a little water it does much more than commercial cran.
Try Pomegranate Juice too - it's even better for you!

One thing it can be good for is preventing urinary tract infections. A friend also told me that cranberry juice can be helpful with kidney stones but I have yet to ask one of my doctors if she has heard that to be the case.

any type of cold or flu, also urinary tract infections as well. Other than that I don't know. I do know that it is very high in vitamins and it's just plain good. Most stores now carry a wide variety of flavors as well. Just make sure that it's 100% pure juice. The stuff from concentrate is not as good for you!!

Urinary tract infection. But since we here in the Philippines can't have it fresh, our doctors prescribe fresh coconut juice for UTI.
