If a guy who is your friend drinks from your cup and does not mind the girls' saliva...is that an indication of something? Does that mean he likes you more than a friend or am I just being silly? My guy friend drank out of my cup today when I did not want the drink and he does have a girlfriend. I know it's just something very simple but do guys generally just drink out of the girl's cup since supposedly guys don't care about saliva?

You could be onto something or you could be looking into it too much. I drink from my friends cups all the time and it means nothing. It just means I'm comfortable enough to share saliva with them.

It may be that you want it to mean something. I used to feel that way about a guy friend I had a crush on a while ago. Unfortunately, I don't think it means anything, except that he's comfortable with you. And in the end, it's much cooler being the girl whose cup he'll drink out of, fork he'll eat off of, etc. (and not being his girlfriend).

If I did that it would mean that I found the girl attractive enough to not mind. This does not necessarily mean that he is trying to hook up with you as you said that the reason he drank from it in the first place is you did not want the drink. If it was your drink and he was drinking it anyways, to me, that would bo more of an indication of the flirtatious side than what happened.

But look at it as a positive. Obviously he thinks your not ugly, and thats the conclusion.

Either he thinks of you that closely, or he just doesnt care. With things like that, you really cant make much of a fuss, because only time can tell with those situations; don't take it too seriously. And seriously, guys do all types of wierd stuff without thinking

okayyy it depends on the guy. if hes not a flirt or generally a manwh*re, then sure. maybe he likes you.

think of it this way: it means he doesnt find you gross or unappealing. it just does not guarantee he lieks you as more than a friend.

just flirt openly and see where things take the two of you.

maybe he meant it as a hint.
adn then again, maybe he was just really thirsty.

:] peace outttt

Don't read into it too much. He might have been thirsty. However, you are on to something. It's kind of a way for your bodily fluids to make contact indirectly. If he saw it that way and you saw it that way, it's an indirect kiss.
