how is it supposed to get a guy to confess a murder? all i know is that they put you in this small confined room and talk. they say things like ,"how did you kill them" or "wheres the weapon?" it goes on for hours. if this guy is inocent, he'll keep pleading his inocents. but these jack as detectives keep them in for hours on end trying to get them to say that they did it. the innocent person suffers through pressure and complete bordem. and they always have to watch what they say too. they say one thing that seems guilty in a very small way, they book 'em. they end up going to prison because they wanted out of that room.

what does interigation do any way? from what i see, it makes an inocent person lie and say they did the murder because they couldnt take the bordem?

i have never murdered any one! so i dont know

Interrogation techniques are not designed to get the innocent to confess.

You are not required to talk to the police if you don't want to in America anyway.

Well, the logic behind it all is to ask certain questions to either get a person to confess or get a good read on a person to see if they are being deceptive or not. Not all people who conduct interrogations do it properly and most do it as you say you have scene on television. The most important thing to remember while conducting an interview with a witness or doing an interrogation is to always stay calm and relaxed and trust your insticts. In all honesty, the more an interrogator yells the harder there job is going to be to find out the truth. As in most things in life,"Its easier to get a bee to come to honey then vinager."

while you're already a suspect, probability is a warrant would be issued besides. you have the dazzling to stay silent, and the dazzling to have an lawyer present day for the time of thinking. while you're arrested, you could exercising those rights at that element. while you're no longer being arrested, the police do no longer ought to study you the miranda warning. My wager is that in the event that they have sufficient info on you, as i think, a warrant would be impending.

A counsel of your choice must be present during the interrogation. You have the right to be silent and not to answer incriminating questions.
