Is it hand, foot, and mouth disease?

my bff has weird blisters on her hands and feet which is not normal for her and i want to know what the symtoms for hand,foot,and mouth disease are.

Hand, foot, and mouth disease has blisters on soles and palms and in moujth, sometimes only one sole or one palm.

If they are just in the feet and hands it could be scabies (if very itchy) or a type of sweat dermatitis. If very itchy and lotion doesn't improve it at all, see a dermatologist or family practice doctor.
