I believe the designer is from Paris or Italy so it's European. I've seen her designs in Elegant Bride and World Bride. Truly stunning and sumptious lace for a classy out of the world bride. Now the fabrics are imported for sure top of the line and most likely run $300 to $400 a yard for lace, and the material so it is costly. I believe the dresses run $7-$15K just upon glancing at them.
Only thing is to get a sample, one that has been worn, or to have one made by a high fashion seamstress. If you are going to be spending any money on a replica I assume what at least a $1000 or up, so give it a thought, and ask questions.

They are really beautiful and I can see why you love them. My suggestion is to do some research and see if they have a trunk sale in your area. Sometimes you can purchase samples at a really reduced rate.
I don't know where you live but there is a trunk Sale in Chicago next month:
Atelier Aimee Trunk Show
November 2-4 www.dimitrasbridal.com
Stop in and view the latest gowns from Atelier Aimee. At Dimitra's Bridal and Evening Couture, 1009-11 N. Rush St., 3rd Floor. 312.787.0920.
Keep an eye on Ebay too.
I got a beautiful Maggie Sotterro for $300 because I bought the sample.
Good luck!

You have wonderful style! Atelier Aimee has beautifil couture gowns. Honestly there is no afforbale designer that makes anything close to AA quality. Maggie Sorttero and Davids Bridal are all so cheap looking. Do some research online and try to find a custom dress designer that can make the dress for you. Good luck!

I agree... they are beautiful and unique dresses. They are also generally over $5000.00. I don't know what you budget is, but here are some ideas:
a) Custom made.... you can get the same dress for half the price
b) ebay knockoffs .... this is a possibility... could get a great dress but then again, you might not.
c)get a dress from target and then have a seamstress "dress it up"
I also found other designers that were under $3000.00 that had a few similar styles:
Demetrios: Still fairly expensive... closer to $3000.00 I would say. Some are over that as well... you would have to call and find out. But then there are the young sophisticates line which is much more affordable

not a good example but hey, go on the knot for more examples
Sophia Tolli: Some of them are a throw-back to glam 1930's, very cool... plainer than maybe you would like but still often under 1500.00 bucks.

Martin McCrea: Most are a bit too vintage inspired for my taste but there are some great pieces as well. usually under 1000 dollars.

Mmmm. I am SO with you. If money were absolutely no object, I'd go with Atelier Aimee myself...but you are right-WAY expensive.
I am a fan of Jasmine gowns...and Watters and Watters have lovely fabrics......and also sophia Tolli.

I would suggest printing a picture of the style you like then search for designer discount gowns online. Or go to local dress shops and ask if they have anything similar or what it would cost for a custom made gown. Good luck!

I have never heard of that designer, but I'd say check ebay. You could get lucky, especially around this time of year. Wedding season is pretty much over so there are tons of brides selling, but not as many buying

Copy or print some of the dresses you like then take it to a dressmaker. Most times they can make one for you very similiar and it will be a lot less expensive.

I ended up getting mine custom done by a seamstress. I think it ended up being like $400 plus material which I got for $150 using a coupon from the paper.
