She's gorgeous and I've heard from people that she is single. She's a freshman and I'm a sophomore. Any help on this subject would be much appreciated.

First and foremost, be a gentleman. Remember to be charming and creative. If she turns out to be a person you could really love don't think of your self and do all you can to make her happy.

Learn to play volleyball if you don't already. Women who play volleyball usually (not always) are interested in fellow players first; from what I have seen. That way when you do talk to her, you will have some common ground. Your skill level is not relevant, so much as you are a good listener for her to talk about it.

Now you just need an opportunity to talk to her. Best bet is at a party rather than emerging from the stands, all stalker like and just start yapping to her.

Good luck.

BTW I met my wife this exact way. I went to one of her rugby games and struck up a conversation with her about it at a party later that evening. The rest is history.

I would like to attempt a joke. You are talking about a volleyball approach. It should be 3 steps-big left, big right and little left.

All joking aside. She is human. Talk to her just like she is a friend. Go to watch her play. If she is on the court and makes a good play, make sure you applaud. Loudly. Go early and watch warmups. Do not be afraid when you talk to her. She will sense it. Just breathe and relax and say HI.
Good luck.

You can compliment her. That always makes us women more approachable............most of the time!! You know, I was thinking of volleyball.........but I picked track. But anyway......... just be a positive influence but don't seem TOO attracted by her and don't look like you don't know what you are doing. That's a real turn-off!! Good Luck with your lady-trouble!!!

Don't be shy or nervous about it!Be confident one day approach her and maybe compliment her on a win or something of that sort which could leave to a conversation..Find out what you have in common and maybe you can get some digits..

What Up Dude? Man I am 21 and i used to be petrified as hell to talk to girls. I've learned though just talk to em like you would anyone else. Go up and just say hi, be witty bout it and CONFIDENT about it, she will like that you are not scared to talk to her and just be yourself man dont put on a fake front cause it never works trust me. I've also learned if she ignores u or is a ***** shes not worth your time and find someone better for ya. Hope I helped out a bit.

Start by going to one of her games and talking with her afterwards. If things go well, ask if she would like to talk somewhere else or study with you sometime.
