I'm on a diet, I need some healthy food ideas for breakfast, lunch and snack. Is it bad for you to have peanut butter on wheat bread with pretzels for lunch?

The best things to have for breakfast is oatmeal, or high fiber cereal with some fresh fruit and lowfat or skim milk. Egg whites are also good for you..you can make it into an omelette with veggies.
Peanut butter, although high in fat, is very nutritious. It is a healthy fat, so when consumed in a diet low in saturated fat, it helps fight heart disease. A thin layer on whole wheat bread with an apple is a satisfying and healthy lunch. (Pretzels don't offer you much nutrition-wise).
For snacks, try protien bars, lowfat yogurt, and fruit. You can also cut up veggies like carrots, celery, red bell peppers, cucumbers, and dip into lowfat ranch dressing.
