Please list your ailment, then list 3 things about your health that you are thankful for. ............. then wait 5 minutes and let us know if your listed ailment improved or you now have less pain.

(This is just another screwball idea I just had, so please play along, okay?)

***Yes, Chad, this is a spiritual question. ***

Dear "bill" - I didn't say anything about faith. -- It's just a game so to say. Anyway, in regards to faith, "faith" is just another word for "confidence". - sorry for getting off point.

Dear Searcher, that woud be and was an interesting observation of yours. However, I meant to list 3 other things about your health that you are thankful for. - Thanks for that unexpected idea.

I have rheumatoid arthritis, palindromic rheumatism, and fibromyalgia. They are autoimmune disorders that cause pain and disability.

I am thankful that:

Today, I have had no stiffness, and have managed to paint my bedroom.

I've avoided the cold that my kids have, which is really a small miracle because my meds suppress my immune system.

I could have a terminal illness, and I'm thankful that I don't.

Ailments (not much)
1. I am drained of energy.
2. My legs are sore.
3. I have a headache.

Thankful for... (where to begin?)
1. Natural healing process
2. The ability to read my body to know what it needs
3. My brain (no, I'm not being an egotistical smarta$$, I just went to a hospital today to visit a friend and I met people in worse shape than myself in this category)

Interesting question.... you get a star!!!

Ahh, interesting one, My white blood cells killed all the hair cells on my body and weaken the nail cells (I still have them)

3 things I am thankful for?
That very same condition, my white blood cells/immune system, I rarely get sick. Maybe once a year
I'm allergic to nothing
I have 0 issues, outside of blood pressure, in the family and I'm the only one who meditates and relaxes as such

My first condition will not improve in 5 minutes no matter how much "faith" I have.

I don't have any ailments either. I feel guilty after reading some of these answers. 2 of my sisters died of breast cancer and many other members of my family have had or died of other cancers. I am 52 and have never had it and I believe I never will because I have prayed since my first sister died of it 20 years ago that me, nor my daughters or grandchildren would ever get it. I know some people will think that is stupid but God hears prayers and I put my faith in him. Good question Uncle.

I pulled a muscle in my back yesterday, and have horrible stabbing pain down the left side of my back.

I am grateful that my sinuses are fine right now.
I am grateful that I have no acid reflux tonight.
I am grateful that I haven't had a migraine in over a month.

**Hassoun, my boyfriend is overweight, and I like him just fine. There is a girl out there for you.

*** It's been several minutes, and the pain has not decreased or increased.

I have a Traumatic Brain Injury, which give me poor memory and also affects my vision and my multi-tasking ability.

3 things of what I'm thankful for (do you mean about my ailment???)

If that's the case

Give me the ability to be more sympathetic to others with disabilities

I compensate by being more creative

I don't push in line because I don't like being in crowds.
