Is there a height definition? I know it's genetic, but my laboratory is out of order, lol

She is 27. They didn't have growth horones when she was young.

first of all how old is your daughter, there are many types of being short you should take her to a doctor if he diagnosed her as a dwarf then there might be a chance of giving her growth hormone shots to attain a normal height.
however there are many reasons for being short including other endocrinal functions as thyroid, it also may be genetic.
