he is a mix breed (collie,chow,fox hound and maybe more, dont know for sure...the pound could not tell us for sure) how thick or thin do you think his fur well get when he's full grown..also he is only 7 weeks old.

you cannot tell. just wait till he gets older (about 1 year) then you'll be able to tell. we dont know what all type breeds he has in him. at the vet clinic i work at one of the docs calls them G.O.K.'s (God Only Knows) lol...God Bless

Take a look at him right now? What does his hair look like? Is he a fluffy puppy and short haired puppy? Long hair? What he has right now will be most likely what he will have later. Just a bigger dog. But its hard to tell for sure at that age. And add a little more length unless the dog has REALLY short fur. collies and chows boith have thick fur

chow chow's fur gets reallllllly puffy...collie's fur is like golden retriever's fur....fox houn has short hair....so its hard to tell with all different breeds

Its difficult to tell. But of all the breeds you named they are pretty furry breeds. Check a breed atlas

Impossible to tell. It really depends on which breed(s) are dominant when it comes to his genes.

you cannot predict much of anything about mixed breeds....just love what you get and prepare for regular brushings.
