I'm sorry to give such a disappointing answer, but virtually every single digital camera on the market today is capable of taking pictures like your samples.

No offense, but with enough light even a cell phone camera could take those pictures. The main trick of photography is to hold the camera very still (or spend hundreds of dollars on a camera with image stabilization).

you need to know how to operate the camera, not just point and shoot and hope they come out nice. learn everything about the camera. especially white balance and contrast. there's some fun things you can do with some cameras. just go to best buy

If you already have a normal quality consumer digicam, and you can't take pictures that look like this, then the answer isn't in new equipment, but inside your brain. Enrich your knowledge and better images will follow.
