You might get a little help if you edit your question and tell people what kind of experience you have and with what species. I know people who are very experienced bird keepers and have owned them for 30 + years, but I would recommend they NOT get birds such as you mentioned. Why Not? Well, because they were very experienced finch owners. Get the point?

If you've done your research and are very experienced then you know the pros and cons of each species and should be able to pick the one that better suits you personally.

Either can be great birds if you know what you're doing, hyacinths can be especially cuddly. Whichever you choose, I'd recommend getting a young one, just weaned, if possible.
