An example I saw on the weekend on the freeway north of Sydney, there were 8 registered cars (well they all had license plates anyway) on this semi-trailer car-carrier. He (yes it was a "he") was over taking in front of me in excess of 110 km/h (the car speed limit). Here in NSW trucks are only allowed to do 90 km/h unless they have a speed limited sign on the back (this one did not) allowing them to do 100 km/h. No-one seems to be policing the 90 km/h truck speed limit any more. I didn't see a single truck with the speed limited sign, and I saw many exceeding 100 km/h.

The driver is ticketed.
Not the vehicles.
One driver = one ticket.

You're so funny, I don't think that he would have a ticket for each car, as he was not driving any of them except for the truck carrying those cars. So technically they ( the cars ) were not speeding. And of course he was a guy, guys always speed! =>

Yeah, and also to the invisible drivers inside the cars get tickets, not to mention that they will also give a ticket for not having registrations since they are probably new unregistered cars.

that is a retarded question,
of course not, nobody would be driving those cars.
but the driver of the truck [im guessing you are thinking of a semi truck] would get a larger ticket for breaking the law while transporting goods.
people get tickets, cars do not.

You should be shot for such a question. Well that may be a little harsh. You should just be slapped in the teeth.
