Windows 3.0? Sounds like trying to go on the Internet with DOS.

I don't think you can do it. Not so much that you probably couldn't get a hold of an old copy/early version of a browser, but that browser wouldn't support any of the features used to make web sites these days.

I still have a computer with Windows 3.1....I finally got a new one with Windows Vista. Couldn't afford to get a new one and internet until now.

No, it was released in 1990.

The internet was only available for government and military and was very limited until 1996

3.0 wow is like 15yrs off.... best if you just drop that computor drop at your nearest trash can sorry try going to freecycle or craigs list and see if you could find a newer one for free.... i dont think you would have much luck using it at all its just way to old for any thing now
