Spiritual people usually reject religion because they are "spiritual" not dogmatic.
There is a religion called Spiritualism, let's Mediums speak and contact loved ones on the other side, they reject a lot of Christian Dogma, though also accept a lot. I don't follow any religion myself, I believe they all have a point and a truth and I pull from it what I can. I love Taoism for it's "own path" concept and I follow some of their philosophies, though I hold no religion that I feel i'm tied too. Too many rules.
I tell people I'm spiritual. I don't need a religion to feel my identity. I hope you find what you are looking for.

I kind of want to answer this question with another question, and that is, What religion is God. Religion is the act of following a specific order. You can be religious about taking a bath every night at 7pm, and then getting into bed. Some people call that OCD but if you do it because you follow a specific regimen no one has the right to tell you different.
Faith is another thing. Faith is the act of believing that something exists even though you have never seen it. Just because you have never seen a trillion dollars, does that mean it doesn't exist? No, of course not. You know it is out there because you can see signs of it.
Personally, I am a Christian and believe in God. I know where I am going and what is going to happen to me. My job as given by Christ is to spread his word.
Some people choose not to believe. That is their choice. God has given everyone free will. They have the ability to chose what they believe. It is not up to me to tell you that you are going to hell. One day you will stand before God and answer some specific questions. Your answers will determine what happens to you. You can not get into heaven by any acts other then one.
Now that I have placed my opinion here, please feel free to agree or disagree with me. Keep in mind, this is only my opinion and I am ok with it, and with you, each of you. No matter what, (even though I will get a bunch of thumbs down) I will pray for each and every one of you!

Spirituality and religion have nothing to do with each other. Religion was created by man, for man.

You'd have to define those terms more clearly for people to be able to help you.
All of the monotheistic faiths have a mystical tradition for those members who need more spirituality. All of them also have amore rationalist tradition for people that speaks to.

In my humble opinion.
Peace be with you.
God has created this physical world as a test for us. We are spiritual in nature and our spirit would want to become closer to the One who created it, however because our spirits are wrapped in the physical bodies and must interact in the physical world to become truly spiritual we must learn how to interact the way God wants us to interact in the physical world.
We can not deny the physical in search for spiritual enlightenment.
The Muslim prayer is physical and spiritual as we bow to God and kneel to God and then place our forehead to the ground in complete humbleness to the Creator.
I believe that to follow God's commands to us in the message of the Prophets, Adam, Moses, Abraham, Jesus, Muhammad...among others when they told us to worship the One God "Thy Lord Thy God is One" and to do good among each other is worship and spiritualism at it's finest.
We must connect to each other positively and show concern to each other to connect with our spiritual nature.

By "spiritual" do you mean, Biblical? If so, test out to see if whatever religion or group you look into teaches false doctrines or not, reads and sticks to the Bible, etc.

The Unitarian Universalist Church may fill the bill. They simply recognize that there is a spiritual aspect to humanity that should be nurtured.
They don't judge what you believe, they simply celebrate the belief.

Christianity is for many just rituals and religion. But it was meant to be a relationship. A relationship with God that starts with us asking for forgiveness and grows over time. Find a good church, not just a ritual filled one, dry without spirit.
