It's really pretty bad Latin. The cases and numbers are mixed up, and the verbs are off - 'adhubuit' appears to be a spelling error and sustulit is a bad choice for its use.
It seems to try to say something like: He raised his old eyes to heaven and offered prayers to the Goddess Suli.
Oculos senes ad caelum allevavit et preces deae Suli adhibuit.
The form of senex has to be accusative plural to agree with oculos. Sustulit does mean 'raised', but more like raising a log or a rock. Romans used allevare as the verb for raising eyes. Adhibere is the verb for offering prayers.

Old Eye to sky and lift up to the day prayers (abhubuit)...i dont know what abhubuit means...hope this helps
