(I'm assuming this is a woman speaking.)
ani = I
ohevet = love(feminine singular)
otcha = you(for a male).

The name Joseph is the English equivalent for Hebrew ×××¡×£, which is pronounced YO-SEF.

So... If you're a female you should say: A-NEE O-HE-VET OT-KHA, YO-SEF/Joseph.

And if you're a male you should say:
A-NEE O-HEV OT-KHA, YO-SEF/Joseph.

The first answer has a mistake, where "O-TAKH" is "you" when said to female. There are two persons here, and Joseph is a male for sure.
