Everything. Islam teaches that Jesus was never crucified on the cross. Therefore, Jesus could not have been the sacrifice for sins, nor raised from the dead, or the atonement for mankind.
Jesus, in the eyes of Islam, is not the Messiah, but only a prophet.
Without the death and resurrection of Jesus, there is not a foundation for salvation.
What is the destiny of the Islamic?
Bill Weise wrote a book "23 Minutes in Hell" where he describes the sights and sounds of Hell. You can see his testimony on http://www.SpiritLessons.com
That is the fate of those that reject Jesus. (he said it - Nobody comes to the Father but through Him).

The Muslims have self assurance in Muhammad who replaced into given the know-how of God contained in the direction of the angel Gabriel. Christians properly prophets as Christianity replaced into no longer around while Jesus replaced into wrote the bible by using suggestion the stimulated word of God. they are the two frequently diverse with purely being related via believing that Jesus Christ existed and that there is a God purely there God is Allah and the Christian one is the two Jesus Christ or Jehovah.

Jesus disappointed Judas by refusing to take up arms and drive the Roman occupying forces out of Israel. Jesus preached God's love. Jesus teaches that God loves sinners. All sinners. Enough to die on a cross for us.
Muhammad led an army to conquer much of Arabia. His forces exiled two tribes of Jews from Medina and massacred a third. He led unprovoked attacks on many many places throughout Arabia. Muhammad owned and traded in slaves. He impregnated his Coptic Christian slave, Maria.
The Koran lists about a dozen different types of sinners that God "does not love." It says Allah does not love the mischief-makers. Allah does not love any arrogant boaster. Allah does not love any ungrateful sinner.
How many human beings are ungrateful sinners, at least sometimes? According to the Koran, Allah's list of people he loves must be pretty short.

Jesus's death paved the way for us to have a relationship with God regardless of what we have done in the past. God did all the work for you to know him.

Islam:
When you come to God in prayer you must ritually cleanse yourself because you are unclean before God. Each time you come to pray you must physically prepare yourself to be in his presence.
Christianity:
Christians are commanded to tell all the world about Jesus and what he did. If we meet violent opposition to our message, we are to forgive those who persecute us, and to submit even to death if we are captured or threatened.
Islam:
Muslims are commanded to spread Islam all over the world. If they meet violent opposition to Islam, they are authorized to fight back, conquer, and tax non-muslims.
Christianity:
The founder Jesus was a holy man who healed the sick, fed the hungry, performed many miracles. He was put to death for his teachings but he rose to life again proving that he was truly the son of God. He never had a wife or a child, but his legacy lives on to this day.
Islam:
The founder Mohammed performed no miracles, except to recite the Qur'an. He lead many battles to conquer and unite the pagan peoples around him. He had at least 11 wives, one of whom was 7 years old when they married.

Quite alot. One tells it's followers to kill the infidel, and the other tell them to try and save them, and to treat them with respect. One treats women like a object, and if it stuffs up, beat it into submission. The other puts women below men, but on equal footing, in regards to what they do to her is what will happen to them.

Islam is never sure of getting into heaven but Christianity is sure. With faith in Christ Jesus, entrance into heaven is definite. Christianity is an absolute. You have to be perfect to get into heaven. You cannot earn your way into eternal life because no one is perfect enough, only Jesus.
And by simply believing in Him, we are guaranteed eternal life and forgiveness of sin, that is, our lack of perfection.

Islam, says "must" Christianity says "should"
Islam is somewhat more authoritarian. Other than that not alot. They both subjugate people, and have no basis in reality.
