i think it's proof that we have done a poor job of stewardship of God's creation
(edit) i don't thing that scientists have hijacked the debate-there's a pretty clear scientific consensus...it's politicians and right-wing blowhards on radio and tv who have hijacked the debate...and as the religious arm of the GOP, the self-righteous right are part of it as well

I think if scientist say it is happening then it is happening but as a Christian I dont worry about it too much because we don't believe that the world will end through man's ineptitude but through the actions in Revelations. But what Christians should do is say global warming couldnt happen. It would seem impossible at one time to think that any animals could go extinct but we see that has happened plenty of times

This Global Warming is only Democrat Propaganda. The real end of the world is found in the book of Revelations in the New Testament.

Voila! an stunning subject count wherein uncomplicated floor between 2 very dissimilar issues could be chanced on. no count in case you have faith in international Warming or no longer the actuality nevertheless continues to be temperatures are growing to be and the polar ice caps are melting. you're able to could blind or stay below a rock to no longer be conscious those products. the main significant reason i think of that many human beings placed this off as fiction is as a results of the fact in the event that they agree and follow technology this time it makes them seem undesirable for putting different issues off that technology has additionally shown actuality (evolution, vast bang thought, and so on.). they do no longer wanna area with it now to evade looking undesirable interior the long-term it quite is easy BS. this is wintry climate right here in Florida and we are dealing with eighty diploma climate! I mean this is often warm, no lie, yet wintry climate is many times the time the place it drops to a minimum of 60. Why human beings can't placed their ideals aside to attain our planet is in intense difficulty is previous me. the two way Christianity has constantly carried out the choice of what this is supposedly meant to do....

In the bible after Noah's ark, God said he would never flood the Earth. If global warming got at it's most extreme heat then the Earth would flood.I think Jesus will come back when the earth is at it's last hour/minute.

"Global warming" is nonsense.
The warming trend the media is whipping itself into a frenzy over is an avaerage of ONE degree Centigrade over the last CENTURY.
The last time it was this warm was in the 14th Century -- and we all know how many SUV's people were driving back then.
Add to that the fact that there have been periods in Earth's history when the oceans were an average of TWENTY degrees warmer than today, and when there were NO permanent polar ice gaps, and the two questions that logically follow are:
1.) How much control over the environment could we have even if we WANTED to?
and
2.) What exactly is the "correct" temperature for the planet, anyway?

I honestly have not looked at the data to support either side of the argument.
But my opinion is we are a wasteful, and environmentally ignorant society.
Even if we are not the main cause of global warming we need to be more responsible with our resources and our treatment of the environment - God's creation.

They did say the earth has been warming up since the ice age.
If you get a chance to visit the ice fields in Alaska, they will tell you that they are melting from the ground up not from the outside in.

i think that global warming is very much connected to the bible. if you remember in genesis, god put adam in charge of maintaining the earth and its balance.
seems like that early commandment was sort of forgotten in all the subsequent events.
