I loved to fry me up some fish. I'm not a very good cook overall, but cleaning the fish up and frying them up with some beer batter is fun to me. Plus it tastes amazing.

I like cooking entrees and mains. I also like to do kids birthday parties with lots of colourful cup cakes, clocks and windmills made with biscuits and ice cream cones and lots of lollies. Is there anything specific that you are after?

Anything and everything. Usually the more time consuming, chopping and dicing, and messed up my kitchen is - the HAPPIER I am. Chili, Beef Bourguignon, Chicken Etouffee, etc.
I also like to bake just about anything too. I think it's a sickness.

I only like cooking something if it can be put in the microwave...Can't really cook anything else... :o)

i really dont like to cook. but i like to bake. ohhhh how about lasagna or meat loaf. hey i havent made that in years. maybe i'll make some tonight.

i love to make pot roast in the crock pot with new red potatoes and i make a good bbq marinade to go on it and it cooks all day and i serve it with egg noodles, and green beans and carrots my family loves it...

I make the best chicken and sausage jambalaya. I can make it as spicy as you want or as mild as you want.
