For part of our honeymoon we would like to spend 1-2 nights at the Poconos. After reading endless reviews I can't find a decent place to stay at. We would like to stay in a "romantic" room with a jacuzzi but are not fans of the heart shaped or champagne towers. Any ideas? Or recommendations? Thanks!

Being a forever lover at Ceasears I can recommend them. They have a coordinator on hand for honeymooners. The rooms are very nice and if you are in the area on Sunday early afternoon you can take a tour of the rooms and see for yourself. Nightly Entertinment, all you can eat meals including complimentry breakfats in bed. There's so much to do and you can do nothing if you wish. I've stayed there 5 times (after 3 you become a forever lover)

You should check out Crescent Lodge in Paradise Valley. I love it there, my husband and I spent our wedding night there- and sometimes we go there for a night- just to get away (even though we live in the Poconos! ) They have suites with Jacuzzis in the room, and there restaurant is delicious also. It is a great place for couples, it is much more intimate then any of the hotels in the Poconos. They have packages that include skiing, golfing or a relaxing spa. Congrats and hope you have a wonderful time in the Poconos!!!!

The Ceasars resort are all nice, Cove Haven, Brookdale, Pocono Palace and Paradise stream.

I think most have a heart shaped jacuzzi, but they also have small private swimming pools. There are MANY differe room styles to choose from.

We stayed in Cove Haven and the resort itself was beautiful. We stayed in the champagne glass jacuzzi room, but they had another room that had a pyramid shaped mini pool and a regular jacuzzi tub (I think).

Any way here is the web site that should help you find what you want!

Caesars offers the champagne towers but if you want some place romantic and fun try Fernwood in the Poconos. Its inexpensive has great fun to do things on grounds, fabulous dining and close to all area attractions. Good luck!

Ceasers is definitely the most romantic. It's pretty pricey. You can look into the Summit also.
