It is a phase. She will out grow it. Sometimes you do not think she ever will. Mine did, finally.

Its just a phase. The dog whisperer says "Do not give too much attention when your children are misbehaving. Be assertive and advise them that you do not like their behaviour, similarly, when your child is behaving in a more approachable manner, do not give too much attention, don't over do it I mean, but do praise her and then she will know that misbehaving does not = attention." Read some child-psychology books.

she's spoiled that's why
My friend don't work at all but she's there at home running after her spoiled daughter. Her daughter cries and gets angry all the time.
Sometimes she likes to kick babies, whenever her mom pulls her aside and tell her to stop, she keeps crying

She could just be looking for attention. Do both parents spend enough time with her and play games and have fun? If she's not doing it for just attention maybe she has a phsyical pain somewhere that she can't really explain.

Its probably just a phase. I would suggest a little time alone when she's like this, but don't ignore her completely. Sometimes she just needs you to comfort her, no matter what she's mad about.
If it continues for a long time, talk to your doctor and maybe he can help or refer you to someone who can.

Just about every child goes through this. She needs to learn that you are her authority and she should respect you, it's only to help her. Don't give her everything she wants either, than she'll just keep wanting more and she'll expect it to!
