Talk to a lawyer in your area to find out about the law. In the US we have stalking laws that would protect you, but I'm not sure about Canadian laws. Usually the initial consultation with a lawyer is free.

I had the same problem a few years ago.The idiot wouldn't leave my guests alone so I went out and bought a BB gun. I would wait for him to try going inside then I would pop his rear. That happened about 30 times before he got the point. I would get a video of everything he says and does then take it to the police and let them handle it. I would also have a few people over that could kick him up one wall and down the other! As a last resort I would sue him for harassment.

Do you have anyone that's alittle younger that will talk to him? If you don't, the best thing to do for yourself is don't make any effort to acknowledge you heard what he has said. Within a short time he'll stop, because he won't be getting any reaction from you. Let the people that visit with you know what this person does, and you need them to not acknowledge his tag takes. Don't make any changes in your life style because that might be just what he is looking for.
