of course grease if the word the word of a place that has great wine the word of a movie and broadway prodution and the word of something you might have in your car, the bottom of a pan and something you could put or is in your hair! so yes grease is the word!!!

Not around here...we use every oil under the sun....if it is a flavored oil,,we buy it....just got a new dark sesame,,,and a chili lime.....peanut is one of my favorites...on of course EVOO...I do watch Rachael Ray....my DH is trying to learn how to cook Chinese...even as I type he is doing something to chicken wings...I am so glad he gave up smoking and took up cooking...he may get fat,,,and me too,,,but he is over two months, smoke free....Just Jesus and him, worked it out...no patch's, no pills...
