Nowhere as far as known it is illegal but if food sources become low this will become an option. Would not advise it for health considerations. These dogs would not be pets but grown for the purpose like chicken's I take it . Well social strictures forbid it at this time but with enough advertising people can be convinced to eat anything. As to racist jokes would recommend counter documentary done by Chinese They Eat Dogs In China Don't They. Well people can eat dogs anywhere just put up a chain of restaurants called Top Dog and advetise dog leg specials and people will eat them. If people can be convinced to drive cars is their way of life tgey can be convinced to eat dogs grown on farms. That roasted buttery flavour of roasted cofee coloured dog that rich creamy texture that feels so good so good is how the commericials could run .

Not here in the northern most point of Virginia. There has been minimal rain since April and that's the month the first 90° days showed up (two days of 90° cooked virtually every Tulip). It was 90°+ the entire Summer 2010, and so radioactive and humid, that I didn't go to the Outer Banks this year. I kept thinking about Alaska.
