Ok, I have this cousin who is one year younger than I am. She lives far away from me, and i never see her more than twice a year. Ok, well she recently got a cell phone, and she calls me all the time, like more than once a day. She calls me when i'm shopping and when i'm at practice. I told her once not to call me after a certian time but she didn't listen. Plus when i talk to her, she usually just wants to gloat about whatever new thing she got, or she prank calls me. Once she called when she had a friend over, and didn't even talk to me at all. How can I handle this? It's getting on my last nerve.

tell her you are not going to answer her calls if seh does that agian. set a special time for her to call

It sounds like your cousin looks up to you and wants to feel like she is your friend and is somehow on the same level, hence the bragging. I don't see any reason why you couldn't be friendly when she calls, say "hi" but tell her your a little busy and you need to let her go. If you have caller i.d. then don't answer the phone if you don't want to speak. If the noise bothers you, put it on vibrate.

you might say like "what would happen if i did that to you" and then see if she changes if not than do it to her see how she feels and if she doesn't care be a better person and just tell on her she might listen and not call you anymore. if she doesn't stop then, the only choice is to change your number or just block her. even though she is blood relative she has got to understand the meaning of what is happening

So, you just want her to stop calling you. In other words u dont want to talk to her. Right?
It's simple, dont pick up the phone. Call her back whenever u have time.
