Leviticus Chapter 11 Verse 7 And 8

you must have a different Bible, from the ones on internet,
Leviticus 11: 7-8

7 and the pig, for though it divides the hoof, thus making a split hoof, it does not chew cud, it is unclean to you. 8 ‘You shall not eat of their flesh nor touch their carcasses; they are unclean to you.

see : daniel 7:9; revel.1:14, for "hair white as wool"

This really a two-part question, no?

Part 1: Do we believe in the Levitical dietary law (called Kashrut by our Jewish brothers)?

Jesus declared that that which goes into a man's body cannot make him unclean, but only that which comes from his heart can make him unclean. It is our words and deeds that can make us unclean.

Part 2: (Asked in a round-about sort of way) Do Christians realize that Jesus was a middle-eastern Jew?

Yes. And he fulfilled the prophesies made by other curly-haired, dark-skinned Semites. And yes, we also realize that he had Arab blood in him as well. But we also believe that in Christ Jesus there is not Jew nor gentile.

Leviticus 11:7, 8 does not talk anything about that

Lev. 11:7-8 says: 7And the pig, because it parts the hoof and is cloven-footed but does not chew the cud,(A) is unclean to you. 8You shall not eat any of their flesh, and you shall not touch their carcasses; they are unclean to you.
You must not be a Christian to care what Jesus looked like. We know He was a jew. We believe that we're all part of the family of God, and like the bible says : in Romans:11 "Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame."[e] 12For there is NO difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, 13for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."
REV. 1:14-15 4His head and hair were white like wool, as white as snow, and his eyes were like blazing fire. 15His feet were like bronze glowing in a furnace, and his voice was like the sound of rushing waters. NOT burnt feet, Glowing bronze

Of course I believe it. (your biblicallt quote) Jesus was jewish. He lived in the middle eastern countries. I'd be an idiot to believe that he ws really pale skinned with flowing brown hair.

But remember this too....what happens to your feet when you walk everywhere bare foot? They get black with dirt. Shoes were worn only by the rich and powerful who could afford them. That is why they had servants who would wash guests feet.
