The recommended serving size is listed on the side of the box. However, I personally find 3/4 cup (typical serving size) to be much to little to satisfy my hunger. I recommend perhaps having two servings, and calling that your meal. Remember to double the nutritional info (which should still be relatively low, considering that the cereals you listed are low in calories).

Well, the serving suggestion says 1 cup will do, but we all know that a cup of cereal will not get you far in the day. I usually stick to eating Special K Red Berries (which is amazing) and i usually eat at least 2 bowls, sometimes 3 :-)
But, the cereal isnt fattening at all it's only 110 calories per cup without milk, so it's alot better to eat more cereal than indulge in a few bowls of ice cream. Enjoy!

Special K: 1 bowl; other cereals: well, you've seen the commercials. Just keep in mind that the bug parts are the protein part of your cereal. This thought should keep you from overeating cereal.

F (one of the posters above) is totally correct. Avoid cereal, it's just processed crap. Look at the ingredients in Special K Red Berries:

RICE, SUGAR, WHOLE GRAIN WHEAT, WHEAT GLUTEN, FREEZE DRIED STRAWBERRIES, DEFATTED WHEAT GERM, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, SALT, WHEAT FLOUR, MALT FLAVORING,

Sugar, high fructose corn syrup (the same junk found in SODA), and wheat flour/rice are JUNK FOOD. Stick with whole foods like egg whites, fresh fruit/vegetables, and whole wheat bread. Stay away from cereal there's no need to ever eat it.
