I have several favorites to include the simple ones like butter cookies and pecan sandies, but my favorite are chocolate chip and macaroons. I am not sure a macaroon is a cookie per se, but I do enjoy them if they are freshly baked. I generally use other people's recipes and try experimenting on my own. Peanut butter cookies seem easy enough to make and I found using the "crunchy" style to be the best for cookies. Name brand helps too, like JIF, Skippy, or Reese's. That way I think you get a better quality cookie. Now you made me hungry ha ha...Good luck with this cookie business. I may go out and buy me some Nutter Butter Peanut Butter Sandwich wafers...yummmmm!

I love Tollhouse Chocolate Chip cookies.

I made home made dog biscuits for a bake sale once. They sold out first.
