They are 5 days old not sure if the breed has anything to do with it or not but they are pit bull toy fox terrier mix

They will open their eyes when they are approximately 10-14 days old!!

Between 10 and 16 days is when most puppies open their eyes and ears. Do not attempt to open them because it can result in blindness/deafness.
Make sure you keep them in a warm place with a heating pad on low under their dog bed because they cannot control their body temperature until 3 weeks old.
Then when they are 4 weeks old you can begin weaning them onto solid puppy food. Soak the dry food in warm water for a few minutes and then drain it so it's soft enough for the puppies to chew.
Make sure you take them to a vet soon to be checked for any illnesses and to begin deworming.

Most pups of all breeds yeyes will open at 14 days old and if not open by then,one should dampen a cloth with warm water and gently place on pups eyes,let it set a second then remove the moisten cloth and gently pull apart eye lids,or the pups eyes will get infected if left any longer.

So you got some good answers there. Now why do you have these pups. Did you rescue them? Or were they from a byb cross litter? Or some accidental breeding from 2 intact pets. One shouldn't be breeding/having pups if they don't know about them. There are more important things to know and I sure hope you have that info.

10-14 days they should open their eyes.. As long as they are healthy and thriving.. If they are slow, they can take longer.. I have never had eyes take more than 14 days... Usually 10-12 days.
