Hi, look at this package ::
http://www.usaphotonation.com/products.asp?product_id=13478&engine=everyprice#acc
This seller has different packages that may or may not be just what you're looking for.
Advice :: either bid your highest price at the last moment or use AuctionSniper.com to do it for you and bid only the highest price you'll pay. When you bid minutes, hours or days before you're just driving up the price and encouraging a higher ending price.
The camera by itself here is what, $$199.96?
Oh, the seller looks legit with a 98% rating!

The accessories are cheapo quality, the value of the "wide angle lens" questionable, the flash pactically useless.
The Rebel xti with the 18-55 kit lens is 680 at B&H Photo. They don't list a 90-300 lens, but the US version of the 75-300 f/4-5.6 is $180. The cheapest Canon flash is $120. The Rebel does have a built in flash. Add a Sandisk 4G CF card for $60. Card readers, about $20 or so. Cheap tripod at Ritz or Wallyworld, maybe $40. So it's not really a bad deal from the eBay seller, although the accessories are of dubious value, but I would rather buy from a trusted dealer and eliminate any worries.

Most of the stuff in the package besides the camera and two lenses is not worth much of anything.
$914 sounds like a pretty fair price to me for just the camera and two lenses. Whit that in mind, this looks to me like a legitimate deal.
EDIT:
To all who are saying otherwise, Canon does indeed make a 90-300mm lens. It's a European market only lens, so it would be a gray-market lens for the US based seller.

Canon does not make 90-300 mm zoom lens.
Local camera store (in Los Angeles) sells Digital Rebel XTi for $590 (body only) and another hundred for its kit lens.
If this store asks for $900 for so for another lens (which may not .. what word should I use, exist?), plus a cheapo tripod and a cheapo memory card, I would best stay away from it.

Any time you use the internet you set yourself up for fraudulent attack.
Before you go and spend that kind of money - be sure you have all your "T's" crossed and "I's" dotted. Check with local retailers on the same product and find out if the price is comparable!
Remember, when you usually purchase items on lines from places like E-bay, they usually do not come with a warranty so keep that in mind also.

There is a lot of stuff packaged here that is of questionable value- the flash is cheap and the tripods are probably also. You would be better off buying exactly and just the accessories you need, rather than accepting a package deal like this.

I buy and sell a lot of things on ebay all the time, so i trust it 100%. The offer that this person has looks legit, but it's fully up to you if you trust it. You could also ask the seller any questions if you have any.
