I copy the list as a courtesy, or maybe just so you will read it and weep, or whatever, all you atheists and sorcerers, etc.
1. The cowardly
2. Unbelievers
3. They that are abominable
4. Murderers
5. Immoral persons
6. Sorcerers
7. Idolaters
8. All liars
Some of you may be tempted to argue with this list, and I so I'm looking to see if there's a place in the Bible where it says anybody who argues with this list is also going to Hell.
Closing all loopholes, if you get my drift...

So far I count 27 answers of people who think Jesus will save them even if they are on this list -- that counts as arguing with this list, and I shall find Biblical evidence that will damn anyone arguing with this list. I'm closing the loopholes on all you "spontaneous salvation" goofballs.

Since hell is the grave, we all are going.
However, you did not read the words properly. It says these people will not inherit a place in God's Kingdom or eternal life under it. They get everlasting cutting off, not a fiery burning hell of torture. That is not the same thing.
Many people in the grave (Hell) get a chance at a resurrection. Those who have, as they say, made their bed, must lay in it. When they have been presented with the choice of truthfully obeying God or willfully trying to complete your list, they used up their chance for resurrection. God's patience lasts only so long.

changing the unique words in the unique information? perhaps. Updating a 40 365 days previous English translation? No. One English translation (out of hundreds) has been as much as date because of the fact no longer purely do all of us understand extra now than we did 40 years in the past whilst it grow to be new however the English language is distinctive at present than it grow to be 40 years in the past. There are hundreds of English translations (no longer variations) of the Bible. a number of the justifications that there are a number of of translations of the Bible are: • The English language is particularly complicated. It transformations all of the time. English translations written even 2 an prolonged time in the past (much less those translated 4 hundred years in the past) will lose a number of their meaning to human beings at present. • Biblical scholarship improves on a daily basis. this could replace the way a verse is translated. • Archeology learns further and extra approximately biblical situations each 365 days. this could additionally replace the way a verse is translated. the unique language information have not replaced. The ineffective Sea Scrolls helped practice this. The scrolls are substantial because of the fact they testify to the accuracy of the persons who copied and recopied the Scriptures over the centuries. in spite of minor blunders, they practice us that the previous testomony has no longer replaced because of the fact it grow to be compiled. With love in Christ.

The tone of your question and comments concerns me. This is one of several such lists in Scripture. However, searching eagerly for ways to damn people is not consistent with the teachings of Jesus. John 3:16-17 says, "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved." I have to wonder what your agenda is, with your desire to prove people wrong in a spirit of condemnation. Check out Matthew 22:37-40: "Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets." In other words, if we don't get the *love* part right, we haven't got it. God's love is the whole issue of Christianity. Among other things, I Corinthians 13 says that God's kind of love "vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up . . . rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth . . ." Sadly, I must say that I don't see God's love demonstrated in your post. I am a Christian, and I follow Scripture as closely as possible, but could you conceal your glee that people are choosing an eternity in hell rather than become judgmental, self-righteous, and hypocritical? This is not at all consistent with God's nature or instruction to believers.

So according to that list, everyone is going to hell. I think I would count you under #1: cowardly. This is because you are so afraid that you are on the list that you are insisting that everyone else is.
Oh, and I'm not afraid because I don't think a merciful God would send people to a place of eternal pain for human mistakes.

You're leaving out one little detail in all this. THERE IS A WAY OUT OF ALL THESE SINS. JESUS MADE THE WAY OUT. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS ACCEPT HIM. So, there are no excuses. You can either CHOOSE death and eternal punishment for these sins, or you can REPENT and have them all FORGIVEN, and God will cast them into the sea, NEVER TO BE REMEMBERED AGAIN! That's what I've done, so I know I am going to Heaven. So, no, I'm not afraid, and you don't have to be either. There's a way out, people! God Bless

You didn't close all the loopholes...you goofball. I'm agnostic. I don't see that on the list. When you "drift" back to this planet ask a relevant question.

You forgot one!!! Divorced women should be the real number one on that list! And don't forget all you divorced men out there, you're okay to go into heaven, but since God and Jesus are sexist, all divorced women go to Hell. I'm a Catholic, I should know. And yes, I'm scared of going to Hell.... it's a scary place, people just have no idea.

Teh Bible is a figurative book of parables that shoudl not be taken literally. If it were all taken literally, there are 29 distinct damnations in the Book of Galatians. Our chances of going to heaven would be slim to none.
